Why Everyone Should Have a Podcast

Why do people start Podcasting? Short and sweet The answer is that you can reach a target audience and share your message at a very low cost for you.For organizations or individuals, it means that you can create your own radio show syndication and deliver on Internet to listen and permissive listeners. That said, it is an excellent way for companies to market their products or services, educational establishments to issue the demand for e-learning, organizations for promote their causes or activities, the companies to provide training, or even individuals to share their knowledge on a topic.Right now, I read a book by Seth Godin called "All Marketers Are Liars," and I would like to share a tidbit of the book and what I feel applies directly to how you can podcasting.Consider market through what it was like for people in the golden age of advertising. The companies would be willing to spend all their advertising spending and throw the money at super medium of television on the market directly to all viewers in the country.More often than not, the same product, on average, if well marketed, is a sort of added value and the products that have been remarkable or exceptionally useful enjoy incredible amounts of success. As TV become more complex with increasing channel savings, it has become more difficult for companies to have a presence on all stations (there was not just 3 or more) and with that, suddenly, it was not as easy to reach customers who were once more than willing to believe what the media is saying them. What happened? The outward appearance of permeable consumers grew thicker and less sensitive to advertising. People have quickly realized what is the difference between being marketed and choose to believe anything presented on television for themselves. They become pickier and demanded that products meet their own needs, desires and standards, and not vice versa. This time period or cycle has been called the Dark Days if you will.Marketers, not to be left for too long, with emergence of a new way of getting people's attention once they lost by the former regime of Television Advertising creating stories and weaving their way through communities that have already accepted what they had to say was planted their flag in a smaller, but more responsive niche encompassing the stories and disseminate them to other people about their product or service.By Telling stories that people choose to think for themselves, they were not simply more publicity, they were Update on the market (they are not the same thing, as you already know or come to realize). These people would be willing to talk about the product or service and to allocate it to their friends, family members and co-workers.As increased their rate of adoption and enthusiasm for the product or service has emerged to those outside of the niche (diffusion to integrate significantly or close to it, to be exact), the acceptance of the product would also expand its influence and gather new customers who also adopted this product as a useful, important part of their lives. That's where we are today.Marketers, and to a large extent, podcasters are required to create stories that people identify themselves, tell themselves, and choose to believe. Seth Godin draws these stories "lies", but he soon found that they are not really lies only requirement at all other than good stories is that these stories are told need to be true, and that an audience or a group of people needs Accept truth.A history as a good example of this is "I do not listen to X podcast because they have the most reliable information" or "This product is better because it is the safest on the market. " These are two stories that may very well be true that hire an auditor, and get them to spread the message you.Without to know the background and mentality behind the evolution of the market and consumers of the 20th and 21st centuries , it would be a really frustrating task of building an audience and experience as a success Podcaster.Just as marketing, podcasting success can be measured by the number of people who listen to or subscribe to your podcast. Also, more people are saying or more subscribers there are, the more impact and exponential your reach and influence go be.That Marketers is a goal and it should be yours as a Podcaster too, otherwise why podcast, even if For entertainment like your friends in the first place? Marketing can be as simple as the passage of a phrase of reference, a reference to the source, or wearing a garment. Marketing is everywhere, and we all do to some extent, if we are conscious of the fact not.Whenever or you have an audience, you are marketing. Therefore, podcasting is marketing, and you have a lot of luck in this business that you Equipped with the most powerful marketing tool of all - the persuasion of the human voice, an instrument that is second to none when it comes to communicate and transmit a message. If you have not yet realized that your voice is a marketing tool, the more organic, universal and affect earth. That why there is a whole industry of people known as the professional voice actors who are committed to record commercials, training videos, audio books, the narration for documentaries, sales pitches, business presentations, animation voice-overs, video game voice, phone systems and more. For each market, a niche, and the underground movement, there are a number of voice or voices that give you a verbal picture of what you said, what you can accept that truth, and finally, voices that you trust. It exploit the strength, passion and spoke in the context of an inch you closer to your goal, but you still need something more ...
